Before I forgot, we would like to thank all of you for the support and well-wishes given after Ryan’s birth.
Yes, this blog is still alive! To all of you who’s been wondering where we’ve been these days, life couldn’t be more hectic with the new member addition, and we also take the opportunity to re-structure our business vision. So more blog entry to come I hope
Here are some sneakpeek of photos that I haven’t blogged yet:

Last but not least, our Ryan James Lee.

Just some reflection on how I become a professional wedding photographer… it never crossed my mind that I will become who I am now.
A lot people asked me where I learnt my photography eye and skill. Until now, I still don’t know exactly how, where and when I started to have that gift (and I don’t think I’d like to pursue answers to that question). After all, I know no one who has the experience, skill or position related to photography in my life when I started my career in photography.
Life is a funny thing. You can’t plan whatever will happen in this life. One big change in my life was when I discovered my Christian faith in 2000-2001. Before that, I am personally on the other side of Christian. Yes, I am always a Christian as long as I remember (as I went to Christian school since kindie), but being Christian does not mean I live and work as a Christian. I also found many preaching were just the same and none of them related to my life, work and relationship.
Until Ilona brought me to GRII Sydney (Indonesian), I finally rediscovered my faith. I learnt a lot and surprised how wonderful and thoughtful the bible is and how everything written in the bible is relevant to every aspect of our modern life.
I am not saying I am a very devoted christian and I definitely don’t intend to show off my faith. After I heard an inspiring sermon last Sunday about God’s path in our life, I thought I should share my life experience to anyone who’s hungry for His way. Since I discovered my new life, I didn’t hesitate to take any path that He leaded me to. No regret ever. One of the examples is to become a pro photographer. I was graduated as a computer engineer that took me almost 5 years to complete. I don’t know what the future holds, and I bet everyone in this world feel that way too, anxious about the future. But I know for sure that life is not about money (I got a lot of people who asked me why switching from well paid career), and that I’m in good hand to overcome any hurdle we may face in the future.
Anyway, I have two reasons why I shared my experience. One of them is that my church turns 10 this Saturday. I really welcome all of you to visit us. Just check out more info in the website. If you do come, please do not hesitate to stop by and look for me. Unfortunately, the service is only in Indonesian.
Second of all, I always wanted to give back what God has given me, to become a good mentor to help others. In this opportunity, I welcome up to 3 people who wish to learn how to take better photos. I will throw my one hour of one-on-one consultation for free and any upcoming workshop. Unfortunately, this time I will only offer this opportunity for amateur photographers or even parents who wish to take better photos of their kids. The requirement is simply that you own SLR camera. I will try to share my knowledge as much as possible to assist you. Just shoot me an email to wiki [at] fotoexpression [dot] com [dot] au with Subject “Free FE Workshop” and tell me a little bit about yourself, why you want to learn photography and of course if you have some reference of your recent shots - that’ll be great!
Hope to hear from you soon.
Here is Jamie’s birthday celebration in hospital as his bro just arrived into the world that day. We are thankful everyday for our two beautiful boys, the most wonderful blessings in our family.
Good news from our family.
We just had a new addition member in FE team. Ryan James Lee (dubbed as our FE version 2.0) was born on April 22nd with 3.33 kg and 51cm tall.
Some of you who followed my personal facebook, may know that Ryan was due in a week before his birthday. But instead he chose his own birthday to be the same as his older brother, Jamie.
Ilona was doing beautifully. She pulled her magic really well. I am amazed how she could do it without any stitch at all. I am proud of her
Anyway, here is Ryan’s professional signature photo
(Taken an hour after his birth)

Thank you for all supports and best wishes for us.

We don’t normally post our associates’ work in this blog as this is specifically for Wiki & Ilona’s journal only and of course some FE updates. But I thought some people might be interested in seeing how good Wilson is. Here is one of a quick e-session he & Widya handled.
This down-to-earth, beautiful couple is such a bliss to work together with… they will hold their wedding in October this year
.

Ricky & Olivia, wishing you all the best in your upcoming wedding!
A complete e-session package (with album) by Wilson is available at a special price NOW (expiring soon) …for those of you interested in having e-session, don’t hesitate to contact us further, as we only need five more couples to be eligible for the special price.
Also the special price in our videography department has been a success for us. We will revert to our normal price in the near future. So make some action if you’re interested in booking our videography!Happy Friday everyone!

Just back from a quick post-wedding for our fellow photographer and a good friend of us, Jenny Sun and her hubby Ju. She’s extremely talented, no wonder I seldom got Malaysian couples
*lol* So check out their photo later.
As mentioned on Noah + Jenny’s e-session photo, we also tried to create a “Save the Date” fusion slideshow that we would like to add to our latest fusion library. Now this “Save the Date” slideshow will be available for any couple who book my service for an upgrade option. Just check with us for more details.
You can check the FULL HD in here
There are some technical problems when exporting this video as you can see some video interlaces problem. Well, I don’t bother to fix it up
(as it takes forever to render, I NEED a new computer please!!!)
From time to time, we understand couples may have wondered if we can produce enough good photos in such short time (our quick e-session only takes 45min-one hour). As normally we only release very few of e-session photos on the blog, here is proof how many kick-arse photos and fusion slideshow at the same time for that short period of photo session as you get to see more photo collection of our quick e-session
Btw, baby FE v2.0 will be due very soon this mid-April. As much as we’d like to get Ilona’s working diligently, she needs to rest more too towards the impending labour. So her availability for meeting is very limited now. It’s better to book appointment with her ASAP, and don’t forget to pray for us too!!
